Aaron Wilder is a trusted Puget Sound area real estate broker who has helped dozens of individuals and families achieve their housing goals.

He’s a people person who builds relationships.

Real estate is a people business, and Aaron is the ultimate people person. He takes time to get to know his clients, to understand what’s important to them and how he can best serve them. Aaron emphasizes communication and collaboration with all parties in the transaction.

He also has vetted and developed relationships with other service providers during the transaction process (such as home inspectors, structural engineers, HVAC technicians), so he can make recommendations to his clients with confidence that they will receive high quality and trustworthy service. Aaron earns his clients’ respect by working honestly and tirelessly on their behalf, finding creative ways to approach negotiations and ultimately get his clients the win. 

He’s knowledgeable, and he’s a pretty fun guy,

Aaron is a Seattle native with extensive local knowledge. He has a master’s degree in accounting and tax and a bachelor’s degree in business, both from the University of Washington. He’s also passionate about home ownership and has spent many hours volunteering as an instructor for first-time homebuyer classes.

When he isn’t working, you’ll mostly like find Aaron on the greens at one of Puget Sound’s golf courses. Of course, during football season, Sundays are reserved for the Seahawks. Full of random knowledge, you might also find him enjoying pub trivia with friends. A good sport, Aaron allows his wife to drag him to musicals and the symphony, although, as she puts it, for Aaron “it’s an expensive nap.”
